1. Is 409 Trading the manufacturer of these products?
No, we are not. We are just a retailer and all the products in our website are made by others.
2. Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?
Yes, we will gladly accept returns as long as they are initiated within 14 days from the sale date and the items are returned in absolute mint condition (unopened and never handled). There is no restocking fee but the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
3. Do you offer tracking information on shipments?
Yes, all products are shipped with tracking information for free.
4. How long does it take for my product to get shipped?
All products will be shipped within 24 hours of the order date/time. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
5. What will the packaging say? Will it be discreet?
We ship all our products in complete discreet packaging. There will be no way to tell what is inside the packaging without actually opening it.
